eDespatch is a Communication process which include despatch of letters from the state head quarter to the different destinations in the state through electronic media.

It has two parts named (i) despatch and (ii) receipt

eD Portal (ii) Office eSpace (iii) eSpace (iv) Quick space (v) eFiles (vi) Internal Messaging (vii) Help Desk

The Citizen Access page displays the list of departments along with the details of the letters dispatched and received by the respective departments and offices to various offices.

The trail period will remain for 72 hours.

There are four steps for dispatching a letter. They are:- (i) Letter details. (ii) Assign address. (iii) Attach PDF. (iv) Despatch letter by clicking on send button.
